The book celebrates life in everyday Britain, dealing with Britain's many idiosyncrasies with charm and humour, as the year turns slowly from January through to December. Dogs on beaches, teenagers in cinemas, students in exam halls, parents in soft play areas, Easter eggs, Christmas trees, vegan sausage rolls.....
Illustrations
There is a Haiku for each week of the year, and each Haiku comes with a hand drawn illustration. For example:
